MISCELLANEOUS

You expressly agree that the laws of the State of California, excluding its or any other jurisdiction's conflicts-of-law rules, shall govern these TOS and that exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute relating in any way to your use of the Services resides in the courts of the County of Los Angeles in the State of California. If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
